Schedule a Property Evaluation

​Next, we’ll schedule a convenient time for one of our property evaluators to visit your home. This appointment allows us to get a clear picture of the property’s condition, location, and any repairs that may be needed. We’ll gather the details we need so we can prepare an accurate and fair offer for you.
Receive Your Offer

After we’ve seen your property, our team will run a full analysis reviewing comparable sales (“comps”) and local market data to determine your property’s fair value. Within 24 hours of the evaluation, you’ll receive a cash offer with no obligation to accept. Our goal is to make the process as quick, simple, and transparent as possible.
Review and Sign the Agreement

​If you decide to move forward, we’ll prepare a purchase agreement outlining the terms of the sale. We’ll review it with you to ensure everything is clear before both parties sign. Once signed, the contract will be sent to our title company to begin the closing process.
Title Report and Review

Once the contract is submitted, the title company will begin a title search a process that usually takes about 3–4 business days. This ensures there are no outstanding liens, ownership disputes, or other issues that could affect the sale.
If anything, unusual shows up during the title search, our team will step in to see what can be done to resolve it. In most cases, we’re able to help get these issues cleared so your property can close smoothly.

After we receive a clean title report, we’re ready to move forward with closing. At this stage, all that’s left is to set up the final signing and transfer of ownership.
Closing and Payment

Lastly, a title officer will contact you directly to schedule your official closing appointment. You’ll review and sign the final documents, and once everything is complete, your payment will be issued either by check or wire transfer. Congratulations, your property is sold!
